About BearGorilla
BearGorilla is operated by Garrett Baker. These terms explain use of beargorilla.com and our general service and communication practices. For questions, contact contact@beargorilla.com.
A project inquiry is a request to discuss your needs, not a purchase or a service agreement. Client work is governed by the written proposal and agreement accepted for that project. If these website terms conflict with an accepted client agreement, that agreement controls the client work, subject to applicable law.
Using this website
You may use the website to learn about BearGorilla, review information, and contact us for legitimate business purposes. Do not misuse forms, send unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site or other users.
Only provide information and materials you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information, or other people’s customer records through the public inquiry form.
Services and project scope
Our managed website packages can include website planning, design, hosting, technical maintenance, and agreed customer-communication or sales tools. Your proposal identifies the pages, selected package, supported connections, setup, required inputs, and responsibilities before production begins. Additional work is agreed separately.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and rights to your business content, timely approvals, lawful use of your customer data, and handling your own customer conversations and sales. Tools for reviews or follow-up do not guarantee ratings, rankings, leads, revenue, or sales results.
Website descriptions and illustrations explain the offer; your accepted agreement determines the specific deliverables. Availability and timing depend on project scope, required inputs, and any third-party approvals or dependencies.
Billing and cancellation
The selected package, billing schedule, and any separate costs are recorded in your agreement. The managed website offer has no separate upfront build fee for the agreed scope. Work begins after the agreement, first payment, and required inputs.
Monthly service can be canceled to stop the next renewal. Optional annual prepayment covers 12 months for the price of 10. Cancellation stops the next renewal; service continues through the period already paid for. Voluntary cancellation does not prorate a prepaid term, subject to applicable law and your agreement. Contact us at contact@beargorilla.com to discuss cancellation.
Ownership and the end of service
Your domain, supplied content, and customer data remain yours. BearGorilla owns and manages the website design, code, and hosting used for the subscription. The managed website goes offline after the paid service period ends. Website files and migration are not automatically included.
If BearGorilla registered your domain, it can be transferred to you subject to registrar requirements and any unpaid domain costs in your agreement. Your agreement covers any arrangements for third-party accounts, phone numbers, and data access when service ends.
Website content and third-party services
BearGorilla’s website content and branding, and materials licensed to us, are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view and share links to the site. Permission is required to reproduce our content or branding for commercial use beyond what the law permits.
Articles provide general information, not advice tailored to your particular business. We work to keep the site accurate but do not promise that every page is complete, current, or suitable for every situation. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside our direct control.
Text messaging
This section applies if you separately opt in to a BearGorilla SMS program when it is available. The current project inquiry form does not enroll you in automated texts. An inquiry or a phone number alone is not SMS consent.
The opt-in will identify the program and message types, such as project follow-up, appointment reminders, or service updates. Promotional texts about offers require a separate marketing opt-in. Consent is optional and is not required to buy services. Message frequency varies with your requests and the program described at sign-up; message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to the number sending the messages to unsubscribe. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. To rejoin, complete the program’s opt-in again. Reply HELP for assistance or email contact@beargorilla.com. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact your wireless provider about your plan’s charges.
Our Privacy Policy explains handling of mobile information and consent records.
Email and privacy
We may reply to your inquiry and communicate about an active project. Promotional subscriptions are separate; you can unsubscribe from promotional email using its unsubscribe link or contact us directly. Essential project, billing, and security communications may continue while relevant. See our Privacy Policy for information about providers and your choices.
Your rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific warranties, liability provisions, or dispute procedures belong in the applicable client agreement.
We may revise these website terms and update the effective date. Changes to this page do not, by themselves, change an already accepted client agreement. Contact us if you have a question about which terms apply to your project.
