Yes. Prepay for 12 months at the price of 10: $990 for Managed Website, $1,990 with Customer Connection, or $2,990 with Sales System.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your service continues through the period you have paid for, then the managed website goes offline. Voluntary cancellation does not prorate a prepaid term, subject to applicable law and your agreement.
Your domain, supplied content, and customer data remain yours. BearGorilla owns and manages the website design, code, and hosting used for the subscription. The managed site goes offline after your paid service period ends; website files and migration are not automatically included. If BearGorilla registered your domain, it can be transferred to you subject to registrar requirements and any unpaid domain costs in your agreement.
Your written agreement covers billing, scope, third-party costs, exceptional usage, and what happens to your domain, number, data, and system access when service ends.
